PhysioSport offer 45min Pregnancy Pilates classes for 2nd and 3rd trimester mums-to-be.  Pilates is one of the few exercises that is safe to commence after finding out the exciting news that you a are expecting. 

Pilates can prevent pelvic girdle and lower back pain, improve posture, and strengthen core and pelvic floor muscles. There is an element of upper body strengthening included in the program which is needed after your baby is born to assist in carrying and breastfeeding.

Pilates assists you through pregnancy and labor as well as preparing you for coping once your baby has arrived.
