Pilates

The Pilates Method is designed to improve core stability and balance stabilisation with mobilisation. Rehabilitative and conditioning Pilates is available on a one-on-one basis for both mat and reformer exercises.  Once competent on the reformer you may book our reformer at a time that is convenient for you.

We also have small group classes using both mat and reformer exericses.

These classes are currently running:

  • Monday 1.00pm (Gentle Class)
  • Monday 6.15pm
  • Tuesday 4.00pm (Teenage Class) 
  • Tuesday 6.00pm
  • Wednesday 1.00pm, 5.00pm  and 6.00pm
  • Thursday 6.15pm
  • Friday 12.00pm
  • Saturday 12.00pm

These classes are run by our physiotherapists and are private health fund rebatable.
