Pilates classes are currently running: Monday 1.00pm and 6.15pm, Tuesday 6.15pm, Wednesday 1.00pm, 5.00pm and 6.00pm, Thursday 1.00pm and 6.15pm, Friday 12.00pm, Saturday 12.00pm.
Pilates can improve core stability, flexibility, strength, improve posture, and neuromuscular control. It is a great tool for injury rehabilitation and prevention, and under the supervision of a qualified physiotherapist you can participate in a safe environment.
The classes incorporate mat, reformers, trap table, combo chair, as well as the use of other Pilates equipment to enable maximum gains in 45 minute sessions. Prior to commencing the classes, a physiotherapist will assess you and write a program suitable to your needs, the classes are run in 5 week terms, and the exercises change every term.
