The Pilates Method is designed to improve core stability and balance stabilisation with mobilisation. Rehabilitative and conditioning Pilates is available on a one-on-one basis for both mat and reformer exercises. Once competent on the reformer you may book our reformer at a time that is convenient for you.
We also have supervised group classes using pilates and core based exercises. These are set up in a circuit on reformers, trap tables, combo chairs and mats. Classes run over a five week term, and the exercises change every term to keep you interested.
