Erica is a highly credentialled Sports Dietitian. She has an International Olympic Committee (IOC) Diploma in Sports Nutrition; a Masters of Nutrition and Dietetics (Griffith University) and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Food Science and Nutrition; University of Queensland).
An Accredited Sports Dietitian, as well as an Accredited Anthropometrist, Erica provides private consults on all aspects of nutrition. This can include evidence-based advice and assistance with weight loss, body composition, fueling for training/competition, dietary advice for specific intolerances or other health conditions to name a few.
Erica is able to conduct body fat testing (skin-fold testing) and regularly presents seminars and information sessions for teams, clubs and various orgnaisations in the ACT and across Australia. Get in touch if you're looking for a quality presentation and information session for your organisation.
Erica also published her own e-book: Nutrition for TaeKwonDo, having extensive personal experience in the sport in the past and a strong desire to improve access to quality, evidence-based nutrition advice for these athletes. For more information on this, click here.
In the past, Erica has been employed as a Clinical Dietitian in the Yass community and hospital, where she provided services to clients with chronic diseases such as diabetes, overweight/obesity, malnutrition, cancer and heart disease.
