Gemma graduated from the University of Sydney completing a Bachelor of Health Sciences in Movement Science and a Masters in Physiotherapy.

Gemma’s passion for health and fitness fuels a holistic approach to wellbeing, injury management and injury prevention. Gemma’s goals are to help optimise her client’s full health and wellbeing, whether this be for the elite sportsperson, the office worker or the elderly.  Gemma has a special interest in rehabilitation of sports-related shoulder and knee injuries.

Gemma is a qualified clinical pilates instructor and enjoys teaching and practicing pilates in both a preventative and therapeutic setting. She has also provided physiotherapy with various sports including rowing, rugby, AFL, running, soccer and softball. At the recent International Friendship Series Softball she covered the Australian U17s girl softball team providing on and off field care.

Gemma is committed to providing an effective and evidence based approach to achieve optimal outcomes for her clients, with exercise as a key component of rehabilitation and prevention process.
